Wambi Michael

Previously a producer and host of an agricultural programme for Voice of Teso radio station, he is currently freelancing with the Africa Bureau of Inter Press Services, for which he has extensively reported on climate, the GM debate and agriculture. He also produces a one hour radio show, "Harvesting money" for Vision Voice Radio in Kampala. Wambi began his international reporting with coverage for WRENmedia on sleeping sickness in Teso, Eastern Uganda. He has closely collaborated with agricultural organisations in Uganda, East Africa and elsewhere to communicate agriculture.
